- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.

- Payments can be made via UPI, cash, or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation charge.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, emergency, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule your service.
4. Service Limitations
- Our team will perform cleaning services as per the chosen package.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, or wear and tear.
- Customers are requested to remove valuables and breakables before the service begins.
- Some stains or dirt may not be removable due to surface conditions or material limitations.
5. Safety & Access
- The client must ensure that our team has safe and reasonable access to the property.
- Water and electricity must be available at the service location.
- Our team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols during all services.
6. Liability
- Full Home Deep Cleaning MD. Jilani is not liable for any accidental damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
- In case of a valid claim, our liability will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, please report any issues within 24 hours of completion. We will review and, if applicable, arrange a follow-up service.

We respect your privacy. All customer details and booking information are kept confidential and used only for service and communication purposes.
