Refund and Returns Policy


At Full Home Deep Cleaning MD. Jilani, we value your trust and strive to provide the best cleaning experience possible. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations can be made.


1. Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed through phone, WhatsApp, or our website, our cleaning team schedules your service in advance.
To ensure smooth operations, please provide accurate contact and location details during booking.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for free cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the total booking amount).
  • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows after the cleaning team has been dispatched.
  • If the service needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), our team will assist in setting a new appointment at no extra charge.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for prepaid bookings that are cancelled in advance under valid conditions.
  • In cases where the service cannot be completed due to company-related issues, a full or partial refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or cash).
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of service cancellation or issue.

4. Service Quality Issues

We always aim to deliver top-quality cleaning services.
If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Our team will review the concern and, if valid, offer a re-cleaning session or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
  • Unavailability of the customer at the service location.
  • Pre-existing damage, stains, or cleaning issues that cannot be resolved due to material limitations.
  • Services completed as per booking but not meeting customer expectations due to personal preferences.
